Accidental Summer Salad
One of the things I love best about summer is making a cooked salad and eating a delicious plate of it with a glass of red wine as the sun goes down in our west-facing kitchen.

Aubergines with spice scented lamb and prunes
One of my favourite cook books at the moment is Sally Butcher’s Snackistan. It satisfies my cravings for food that’s flavour dense, nutrient dense and mostly low carb.
